What is online learning?
Online learning is interactive learning via Intranet or Internet. It allows large companies to provide growing numbers of employees, anywhere in the world, with up-to-date information, and largely eliminates the need for participants to travel long distances to attend expensive seminars. A virtual working group can meet even if individual employees are located in different places, like Paris, Hong Kong and New York.
